Payment & Pricing

– Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
– A deposit may be required for certain services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
– Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage before service.
– We take all reasonable precautions but are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions.
– We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
– We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours.
– Certain services may include warranties, which will be specified at the time of purchase

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foam Litty LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
